A significant leap in leadership and digital transformation came through a 1.5decade journey with World Leading Wind Gearbox Manufacturer. Progressing through key roles including Manager – Process Engineering, Senior Manager, and ultimately Global Lead – Process Engineering in Europe, the director played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence projects, leading global capacity planning, CAD-CAM rollouts, and productivity improvement initiatives. Involvement in cross-functional leadership, digitalization strategy execution, and best practice standardization across international teams underscored a commitment to scalable innovation and continuous improvement.
